As we get clearance to post more progress information you should see more unit options.  But the idea generally is that each "Unit" will accommodate two persons maximum.  The fronts face the courtyard and the rears back up to the mountain below grade.  Materials will be all "Green Building" probably LEED Platinum.  Likely the tops will be granite marble & natural local stone.  "Units" are about 14' x 26' each.  Suites would then be comprised of one of multiple units.  The building is divided into structural units that are comparable to a typical hotel.  The "Units" are then configured into what people will buy.  One unit can be a comfortable living quarters for twoOne and one half can be comfortable for two adults and a young child.  Two units can be set up comfortably for 4 adults or two adults depending on their preference.... This goes up to many interconnected units.  However, we have more upscale unit configurations where 3 units would be designed to be utilized by one or two adults and a child.  This up-scaling goes up to the "Unlimited Class" where we offer a 3 story 15,000 square foot retreat that would be divided per the requirements of the purchaser.  The top size is a 4 story 20,000 square foot suite.  Neither of these larger suites has a "floor plan".  Both are just open to structure in our building plan.  The idea being that the buyers would have unique needs and may have a variety of tastes.  So we will provide interior design and layout to their tastes.  See the master plan and exterior sketches.
