This is a multi use project in Henderson Nevada.  There is a retail building of about 17,000 square feet.  Also shown is an 8,000 square foot restaurant & pub and a 38 unit apartment building that is 3 floors.  The project is surrounded by a park like walking & jogging trail and an internal private park.
